I have a problem that I can not log in to my character "Szalik"

I forgot my password to be honest

you know "connect Szalik ****" and didnt work :/

i try to reset password, but on my email i didnt got any message

I'm starting to wonder if I've been banned :c for not playing 10 months

Your character was reaped because you didn't sign in for more than 6 weeks. This is an automated process. You are not banned. You will however, have to create a new character.
