Fatigue issues

As it is right now I understand not being able to move from being fatigued, but literally not being able to GET # FROM WALLET is ridiculous. I have a feeling it's to stop folks from getting shit on the ground but it really should differentiate.

I like it actually. I'v been forced to ask for aid and thus gained character interaction due to this.
