Random pickpockets
In the middle of the badlands?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems there's code in place where you are pickpocketed randomly by the ambient population.  I have no problem with that, except it seems to happen even if you're out in the middle of the badlands.  If this is indeed the case, it doesn't make any sense to me.  There's no one around for miles yet someone just comes up and pickpockets me.

I figured it was just drug code…hallucinations.
