Remove Fleshrite from shortdesc
Fleshrite oughta be subtle

In my mind, much of the purpose of fleshrite cybernetics is that they are not obvious. So, when you appear with "X with a cybernetic eye" or some such, despite that eye not being particularly present in your descriptions, it feels like it undermines the value and purpose there.
So, I would suggest having fleshrite cybernetics not triggering shortdesc changes.
thoughts?
Just because it's flesh doesn't mean it's 100% natural, you could still sculpt those into something weird I believe?

So maybe adding a flag to it if it's natural looking or not.

that's a great point. Giving an option for the cyberdoc to determine wether or not it could pass as "natural" or not, and thusly removing the shortdesc tag could be an approach.
As usual, other players had misinformed me that this actually was a thing, so a while ago I tried it out and of course, it ain't. Still bothers me to this day because it causes my character's shortdesc to never make any sense.
