The gap between terms
The gradient is quite steep

I have been considering this for a while, and I think it could use some looking at.
I think the spec differences between the various quality terms in the game is too high, and does not accurately reflect the improvements that one would expect.

I won't put actual numbers here because I think that would be IC info, only to say that I think the step up should be greater given the cost of the hire end options
This could also reduce the bar to entry for the first level improvement, with rarity also being factored into that one.
Happy to provide more details if staff are okay with that or want more info on exactly what I mean.
