@bugs comment notification
How to know if staff is asking for clarification?

As of now, players do not get a notification when staff or anybody makes a comment on their @bug report. So there's no way to see if staff is asking for clarification or if someone's contributing a relevant comment unless you regularly go back and check the @bugs that you have submitted.

I think that players should get a notification that someone has commented on their @bug report (specifying the @vb number). This could show up sort of like the notifications that a @service-request has been completed, or if the comment happens while the player is offline, the notification could show up upon logging in.

Great idea! I've implemented it. Details in the improvements thread.
