As it is, if you peer at a vehicle you only target the windshield to see inside. I think if a part of the vehicle in question is damaged enough, maybe only at fully destroyed, it should allow you to then peer inside and see who (if anyone) is inside, maybe even show the room itself.

This really should be a thing. If you destroy a vehicle and wanna drag someone out you have to play a pronoun and display name guessing game, which is kinda smallworldy but also necessary since you might know whose vehicle it is, but they're wearing a shroud and are now difficult to target.
