As Your Attorney
I recommend renting a very fast car with no top

Why don't we have lawyers? We have judges, not no real fleshed out concept of civil litigation, and no adversarial roleplay in the judicial system. A corporation should have someone who specializes in interfacing with the WJF.

When I crash my Ferrari into a surprised Mixer at 3 AM and get hauled in before Judge Steele, why can't my corporate counsel be whipping down to the Hall on his Roadmaster to rush in like 'My client has rights!'

Because you don't have rights?
Frame a chum for the crime and have them brought into interrogation alongside you. May the best speaker win….
The two tiered justice system when the corpie gets a wrist slap for something a Mixer would catch a clone death for, though…
Didn't you watch judge dredd? Judge, jury, and executioner.
I feel like an HR could step up in a lot of ways and turn the role into something like this. You don't have to be focused purely on recruitment within HR. You'd have to figure out how to leverage the Corporation's power within the WJF without pissing off your superiors though, or at least learning how to manipulate one Judge in particular. People in management roles for departments can do this kind of stuff too. Could be working with them or against them. This is easier when we have PC judges.
I was actually thinking about that too, Papertiger. It does feel like HR should be advising everyone on legal matters. I just want some legal roleplay.
Honestly, I wanna see Mixer Saul Goodman, that would be really interesting.
The way Sindome's judicial system is set up it just would make no sense for criminal defense attorneys. They would all jump from the skywalk after the first day.

Corporate lawyers still make sense somehow but who wants to handle all of that? Nobody playing sindome for enjoyment.

The HR suggestion does sound good though. The hall could summon HR (as available of course) to the hall with the corporate citizen they wish to charge and impose a sentence on if for nothing more than sheer entertainment purposes.
Without giving too much away, a friend did something like this in HR already. They made it their biz to know as much about what was legal, not legal, and also studied politics and the 'web' of topside influence, then passed that onto new-hires into their specific Corp or offered that info to others if it was needed. Was just 'part of the Service'.
