A few scarce areas in the badlands have Prog signal. Stick a modernized payphone at those locations, Stot 100 chy per minute dialed in. Plus enable it to allow hiding stuff behind it. That way if you're down on your luck and run out of minutes out there you can hit a payphone. Rafs, Mara, Crossroads and maybe a few other places?
