I think hand held binoculars that can scan on a line of sight several rooms would be awesome. It would be handy both inside and outside the dome. Excellent for spotting people far off in the badlands, or spotting your next target from a rooftop inside the city, or from down the street.

That siunds great, but it would ony be able to work from a roof or a high place. Unless you are really really tall you wouldnt be able to see past the large flow of people walking around. But if you were required to be on a roof or a high placr(With admin assistance you could emote and act like your climbing a light post,) but other than that your stuck on a roof.
