Blockading two opposite directions
How?

Currently with Blockade, you can currently block two directions, but somehow you can block both 'west and east' and 'north and south' at the same time. Considering what this means, it essentially indicates that you're somehow blocking both sides of the road despite there only being one vehicle doing so. On a two-way street, this somehow means you are essentially in two places at once. I'm sure you can see how this doesn't make sense. Seems like an oversight of the system?
It's not an oversight, it says you can in help vehicle combat.
It's a matter of skill. If you are a good driver you can blockade multiple exits. A good car and driver can run a blockade in an opposed check.
Unless maybe you're the most ace as fuck driver in the Dome? Maybe if your driving and stats wildly outclasses the other driver you could pen them in?
A snippet from the HELP VEHICLE COMBAT help file:

'You can blockade one or more exits with a vehicle (dependent on your skill) using 'blockade …'

I just assume they're driving fast and precise enough to continuously get in the person's way.

It was explained to me as the driver being good to a point that they (since it's not doable by everyone) can maneuver around fast enough to blockade two ends of the street at once. They're not actually in two places at once but moving back and forth.
Y'all too fast. Jinx, everyone!
