Bullets

You know how you can transfer ammo from one clip to another?
And end up with bunches of empty clips?
Well, I was thinking it'd be neat to be able to buy boxes of loose bullets, to fill up those empties?

Eep..my Enforcer clips didn't recycle themselves when I started shifting ammo around, had to dump them in a  reclamation chute. I wouldn't know either way, I usually tossed clips when there were 1-5 shots left - because I only recently found out about transfer.
