Changes to ammunition
Munitions

I am thinking to give another service for munitions skilled players would to be to have ammunition and magazines sold separately. This also would allow different magazine types and qualities that would affect the potential for jamming. The higher the skill of the magazine loader with both munitions and the weapon skill the ammunition is being used for would directly attribute to how even and cleanly the rounds are stacked in the magazine.
I may be wrong, but I think it's as groundwork for something like this that empty mags aren't trash-able.
