Even if this just remains consensual, there are lots of possibilities here. Helping out your friend who's too exhausted to move, slinging single doses at parties, doing a line off a stripper…fighty people could even start bringing squires with them to dose them up mid-combat so they're not wasting actions on drugs. Teamwork! Would be a great use for ganger pledgies who can't fight good yet.

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I wanted a new thread for it!

Do you really expect someone to jam a needle real quick into your eye while someone else tries to kill you?

If you can't heal during combat, don't see why you could drug.

I recommend adding cooldown if this ever becomes a thing because really… if there wasn't a cooldown feature, it'd be like this example...
