I think it would be a good incentive to get cyber arms if parrying attacks unarmed with them would cause some minor (or no) damage to the arms themselves, instead of to your health. Would certainly cause an influx of bare knuckle fighters and kung fu masters who aren't constantly toting bo staffs around, and would also contribute to the theme of everyone wanting chrome.
