There's been a lot of talk about cosmetic cyber, and I love that. In that vein, I want to suggest cyberhair. Go to your cyberdoc and get stylized chrome for your dome! Light it up! Braids of synthweave hair that constantly move about the shoulders like something alive. Or get liberty spikes and watch them slowly spin in the anchoring. Or whatever!
