Who needs a rifle?

I was thinking. It would be kind of awesome to be able to jump off the ledge of a building while targeting an attack on someone that is below. Someone with a dagger/sword/hatchet/sledgehammer/ jumping off a ledge with intent on landing on/near a victim while attacking. Obviously this should be a -VERY- risky maneuver, with all of the necessary skill checks, but still would be an awesome feature to add to the game, IMO.
