Has a Dome wide pubSIC failure ever occured? What would happen? How would this affect change in roleplay? Maybe it's a projection but I often wonder how many people are solely RP'ing from their coffin/cube/pad. I could get into my thoughts on SIC but i'm more interested in what the community thinks of this idea of a temporary brown out, as both an OOC and IC experiment.
