Seeing as how we've had to put up with plagues, drug labs that can make the antidotes would absolutely make sense. Also a drug modding lab to turn V-202 to Venom would be interesting as hell.

Hmm, I kinda like that the treatments are expensive and hard to get, it makes the diseases actually have an impact on the game.
