Right now, I don't think there's a place to buy the 'shitty midtier to lowtier' drugs anywhere (I might be wrong). Since drugs are legal, I think it'd make sense to have a place where people can buy standard drugs, while PCs would still be able to make the higher up good stuff.
They used to be in those nice-dreams vending machines but I think they got replaced in an update for player owned vending machines?
