I think drinking and more specifically driving while under the influence of drugs should came into play. Especially once car damage and crashing is around…and of course running people over. You'd be amazed what a man can do with a care after three hits of acid...of course, that doesn't mean they should.

Being able to shootout people's tires would be sick too, and poking them with a blade if the car is parked. Naturally, security systems would be key here.

I swear every few months this topic comes up, they dont do that because than someone would just run around slashing tires. And there would be times when someone would pull up next to a parked car and slash there tire and get abck in and drive off. So somebody said makes special license plates and yeah it just never works out.

A few weeks ago I had my char get tanked and hop in a certain ride and sped at top speed all over the mix with hopes of smashing it into something.
This didn't happen. This saddens me.
Drunk driving should be implemented! If we can stumble to the wrong rooms, we should be able to do a line, smoke a bowl, then have 15 shots of jack and speed down fuller into Bob's parked Mono sending us slamming through the windshield!
…or something.

I'd like to code drunk driving, definitely. As for vadalizing cars, that's different, as was pointed out, someone would just go around fucking up all the cars.
However, every single car does have a license plate that is unique now.
