Environmental effects of bodies
Damn bata, it WREAKS in here!

Not totally flushed out, but I think it would be cool for corpses left in a given area to have some sort of lingering and multiplying effect on a room and it's inhabitants. A dead body is no small thing, and the "stench of death" is something you cannot miss.

As it stands now, you could store a pile of bodies in your closet and everything is peachy keen. Just set it by the sweat pants honey!

Maybe there could be some sort of -stat hit or lingering scent that sticks to a character who stays too long in a room with a body, with the effects being multiplied by the stack of bodies? Maybe -charisma makes the most sense?

Or possibly something as simple as the room has a message that grows and spreads to adjacent rooms similar to how fire acts?

My issue is that if you look at the ambience of say the mix, the npc messages and so on, there are tons of corpses and body parts around. It's not exactly a clean place, even if you clean all the actually itemed corpses from it. So that will kinda work against the ambience in there, as one example

I think the issue of people no-selling corpse in your closet can best be solved case by case rather than far reaching coded changes.

Or just something that forces you to puke if it builds enough.
Sorry for double post but- what if it's just an effect that happens with corpses that are in enclosed areas? Indoors?
Would definitely make sense for rates of effects to be changed by size. A parking lot, for instance, with one body wouldn't maybe be hit too hard, but a parking lot with 10 bodies would still be pretty damned gross.

Ten bodies in a living room? It should be a struggle to even stand in the room!
