Expand Lord of War perk a bit

For those who picked it, I don't think it will be game breaking and fits well with the idea of it if it also helps with tending to ammo rigs, and all armor related rolls - inspection and repair.
The perk should add a blanket bonus to any check involving the skill not just specific uses of the skill. So, it should already be applicable in this use-case.
Does it? Good to know, I was going purely by the description:

Lord of War (bonus to firearm maintenance)

Which may be worth updating then for clarity

+1 to this idea. While unjamming and cleaning is covered by firearm maintenance, it gets murky around the idea of ammunition manufacturing and armor repair.

And I had to personally XHELP to find out if the MacGyver perk's "bonus to modify devices" counted for the modding guns or not, so there's also that one too.
