ICE Toggle | BgBB

What it says on the tin. I think it'd be nice to allow someone who owns a device to toggle ICE on or off at their whim. It'd just allow for fiddling with decking on your own devices a little more easily without needing to crack the ICE every time you want to do something.

This would be valuable because it could allow you to install your own ICE on your cellphone or something, without needing to worry about cracking it first.

There are multiple reasons why you shouldn't be able to toggle ICE. There's no way to tell if the device you're toggling is yours, it encourages purchasing or creating more programs (therefore encouraging economic activity/UE investment), and the heat it generates can potentially lead to more RP.
