Immigrant Issue Clothes

I know that there is going to be an overhaul of the way people are introduced to the game through the immigration checkpoint, but I was thinking rather than have them be naked and go and make their own clothes at the depot why not have them be issued a Withmore Department of Immigration jumpsuit. Sorta like the Gentek ones. And once they earn a bit of money they can purchase clothing.

This would save people from walking around naked without realising it and it would save us all from looking at clothes on people that are just piles of material that are ready to be made into clothing.

Just an idea.

It'd be neat to give a couple materials to a character right before the end of chargen and let the player make his/her clothes before going IC for the first time. And for the lazy ones you could give the option of choosing from pre-@messaged materials - us players have made craploads of clothes for ourselves and some people make 'em for others, why not choose a bunch of favorites and make them available at chargen?
Maybe even add a location to the OOC lounge where players could submit clothes for inclusion in the chargen process, making it even easier on you GM type fellows?

Will they be disposable clothes?

And could my character perhaps get a contract with the city to make them? Heh.

does that mean more detailed corpie char-gen, and whatnot?  I always thought char-gen should be slightly more personalized, just couldn't figure out how.
