Market mayhem

Now that the market is a maze (great idea) and the prices vary between rooms (another great idea), I'd like to propose to take a step further and randomize the goods each market room has.

Is that feasible, codewise? It'd give the players more incentive to get lost in the market maze.

Or even make rarer items pop up in the furthest depths of the market.

The contents of the market entirely is driven by the items PCs buy and sell into it.

Perhaps not just price but rarity could be reflected by how deep you go into the depths. While the markets already have "inventories", as far as I know there isn't currently anything which makes it harder to locate rarer items as long as you know how to browse. Or even if you don't, for that matter.

I might be wrong.
