Okay, so I know booze was pulled out of kitchenettes to encourage people going to bars to socialize. That being said, there's A) Enough grandfathered kitchenettes that the removal is somewhat superfluous, B) Bottles are easily attainable, and C) House party RP has (in my experience) been very meaningful RP.
With all that in mind, I would suggest that a mini-bar item that can be installed and that allows drinks to be made like a 'full' bar should be added.
