Well, what about something like the Mission Impossible one use fake skin for disguise purposes?
I think this is actually already possible as a buildable item already.
-Child object of tailoring clothing items.
-Uses Disguise over Tailoring for appropriate skill for creation.
-@color selection would need to be changed to skin colors.
-set "%worn" = "%(#1)" + "%worn" + "%(#2)"

Though if implemented @nakeds should probably be set to a 24hr cooldown timer before being reset.
