I was thinking that it would make for interesting RP opportunities if PCs would reek like liquor if they spent the night drinking and partying. Currently I haven't found much in the way of coded repercussions for being a complete lush and this would be a neat addition. It might be rude to lean over and smell somebody but IRL if someone's hitting the sauce pretty heavily you don't have to get very close. Just a small idea.
