NPC responces to being sniped
I'ma kill this motherfucker! You are? I'm OUT!

Add some code to have NPCs react to being shot from afar. As it stands, they just hold in place and get shot. If they start bleeding, they just bleed out on the spot. My suggestion would be certain types of NPCs try to hunt down the shooter, while other scream things like "FUCK! SNIPER! RUN" and head off in a given direction to escape being the victim of another round.

Maybe combat savvy NPCs even head to the nearest Doc if they are bleeding out on their feet and out of combat to get patched up?

In a game I used to play (Lensmoor), when you shot your bow into an NPC from an adjacent room they all automatically came into your room and aggro'd on you. I think there's definitely more room for nuance here in SD though.

While I agree there should be some form of coded response, I think it is pertinent to mention that if you are doing anything that NPCs would notice and react to, barring what they are automated to react to, you should xhelp. I can't speak for staff but I am pretty sure that sniping an NPC without xhelping can be considered code abuse.
Specifically something they'd be very inclined to react to, such as being shot. I'm sure you don't have to xhelp every time you do a skateboard kick flip in front of an NPC.
