Posture commands

It would be neat if you can indicate to NPCs to adapt a specific posture during combat. I.e. `to ganger Posture kamikaze` or `to ganger Posture guarded`. After all it would allow to use them in combat more effectively and you can already order them to do a bunch of other things.

I think this makes a lot of sense, but might have not been implemented before for some reason. More complex commands like even grapple X or Shoot X candy, etc.
