Vehicle Rentals???

There's already a system somewhere in the game that lets you rent a specific vehicle on a weekly basis. Let's expand this to include all vehicles in the game at exorbitant interest rates for a weekly to monthly basis option for lease to own vehicles. If I miss 3 payments, please immediately generate a bounty on my head for the missed payments+ 20% interest rate until I can pay it or recovery specialist field agents can tow my vehicle back to the lot and recoup the losses.

With how easy it is to make vehicles disappear in this game sometimes I think this would be cool but only if the rental cars were 24/7 precise tracked if required.

Not just a bounty! Allow people to become licensed repomen and justify the expense of getting into 'car theft' with a system to turn in delinquent vehicles for chy.
