Security slot for freight containers
So much potential!

Much could be accomplished with Industrial Freight Containers if only they had a slot for a security system. They have so much potential. The mechanics for breaking into a secured vehicle already exist and could be used to subvert locking containers once they start to be used for interesting biz.

This is an excellent idea.

A security system would be a great addition.

There are a couple of other electronics / security devices that I can think of adding, which already exist on current day containers.

Since things have been getting a review, I would just like to echo the idea here.

Freight containers are really cool and useful in principle, but end up having a really narrow use case because they can't lock.
