When you have a service request get completed, you get a message that reads something like:
[SYS-MSG] Your service request has been marked as completed. If you need clarification, please xhelp.
It would be great if it said something like:
[SYS-MSG] Your service request "Make Giant Sombreros rain down on red" has been marked as completed. If you need clarification, please xhelp.
Sometimes it's been a few days between the time you entered the request and when it's complete. Sometimes you might have more than one. It would likely save some GM time in replying to an XHELP if it just gave the title/description of the Service Request being done.
Not a critical thing, but certainly a QOL one.
