1.  I seems that as you keep doing jobs for Bruce, the y ONLY way to get him to give you more deliveries in a day is to up your charisma.  I think that as you do more runs and prove you are reliable, he should give you more runs in a day.
2.  How about having an option to have grown up in Withmore.  I seems stupid to have a backround that says you were born in Withmore, but had to enter the dome like everyone else.
Adantages:
Don't have to wait to get in and get SIC implant.  You already have it.
Bruce trust you more (as sugested above), since you could have worked there in the past.
Maybe a little more starting chywn.
Disadvantages:
No time in the public coffins, you're on your own.
This option could be for experienced players only.  Maybe they would have to get their history approved before they can enter the dome, so they can start work right away, and have a place to stay.

hrm… i think i've ran into a few chars that claim to be dome people, and well i've been considering my next char carefully and i'd -like- it to be a person born in withmore.  not sure yet though.

to adress the coffin thing... maybe Withmore could have a system where after X amount of years have passed a citizen has access to two weeks of free stay in the coffins.  it's not cumulitive, so it's not after EVERY X amount of years but like a once in a lifetimes sort of deal.

like a public relations policy. once they enter the coffins, the timer on their two weeks starts up and runs till they can't stay in the coffins anylonger. withmore's PR campagne to prove to the world they are doing something to help their cities down and out, homeless population maybe? like a bandaid solution that looks good in an add campagne? not that the world would give a damn either way.

not sure if any of that that makes sense. i'm sleepy and it's cold.... the chinook is all gone. :(

There was a murmering a while ago about having character classes of sorts in chargen, whereby people could start with slightly different circumstances, e.g. street scum, corpies, etc.

I like the idea, but I'm always a little wary of character classes, because there are always times you might want to make a character who doesn't fit in a particular mould. However, possibly have a class listed as "other" whereby you have no special circumstances and can make your character much as we do now.

If we did introduce classes, I think some restrictions on which skills you can purchase from chargen may need to be implimented, so that your uneducated street punks can't be master stockbrokers, or the like, and corpies can't be masters of stealth who can take the filling out of your doughnut without you noticing and stuff.

Actually I think that would be a pretty good idea, but for some reason I think it would be hard to implement.  I don't know why I think that but I do.  But who knows, maybe some day that will be the way it is....only time (or Johnny) will tell.
