As far as I can tell, this hasn't been posted before, so I'll post it.

How about getting voicemail for Gridphones? Maybe not on cheap Progia-7 phones, possibly Progia-11? I would allow you to let people know why you called and ask people to call back and it'd be easier to receive messages from people this way rather than using Gridmail.
