It has come to my attention that we neglected to raise the rent on these condos after adding the rent reduction perk to the job object system meaning that someone could realistically had a middle tier job at a Corporate and be living on Blue which is not the desired effect.
Now even with the highest rent reduction amount it'll still cost roughly 32500 chyen a week to live there, it's still very difficult to afford for 95% of all jobs, but also do-able for a couple to live on Blue and be spending more than 50% of their respective incomes on it, which is what we want to see for the security and privacy Blue offers.
There may be further adjustments to this but i cannot say for sure.
