New help file: help expectations
This is more for newer players, but it should be useful to older players as well. It covers what your expectations should be of the game from an OOC standpoint. It's info we have in other places (BGBB mostly) but it was something the GMs requested me to write during out staff meeting today and I agree, it is important that we level set about what expectations as players should be on Sindome.
