So TruSight Googles are now in game.  You wear them and get a read out from your gun as to ammo and such.  They improve accuracy and notify you when you are running out of ammo!  

You get a real time read out of your weapon status when ever you look, and after every combat round.

These babies work similar to the cyberware but wont have any adverse effects!

Judge helmet is already too uber, no dice, no way.
