Not a -huge- issue but I just tested on Firefox and IE on Windows 8 and while the large Icon (normally visible from the web profile) shows on those browser platforms, they do not show on Chrome infrastructure. They -do- show next to posts in chrome and in the main board areas as the thumbnail/avatar image.
