Seems she got wind of the RIAA bullying people around about downloading their music illegally, and she knew that back in the early days of the internet, I used to be pretty into the scene.
I calmed her down, and explained to her that I'm not dumb enough to download illegal music which would attract the attention of the RIAA, and she calmed down and unbunched her panties.
But before I could do that, I had to stop myself from the uncontrollable fits of laughter that ensued as a result of how badly she had mangled the message.
She explained, "I saw on the news about how little girls were getting thrown in jail for downloading Skittles on a kazoo with their suspension bridge modem."
That, for thoes who don't speak Tech-mom, translates into "Emenim on Kazaa with their cable modem."
