I'm leaving because a less-important-than-it-should-be service request was denied and I wasn't allowed the chance to reason, instead dismissed and not allowed to make my point. When I tried to respond, I was put in the void for 24 hours. I was entirely respectful up until this point, and some.

I want Glitch to apologise for the way he treated me and unvoid me. Until then, don't think I'll play anymore. I was okay with a denial, I just want to be treated with fairness at least from an OOC point, and I'm sick of being dismissed by staff like this and put in timeout for trying to respond. Saying a discussion is over might not mean the same to the other person.

I know staff are all volunteers and have the authority to do these things too, but that doesn't mean you should skip out on looking at things from other peoples' perspectives, too.

You should have made your point, by writing it down in the request to begin with and even then, all requests can be denied if deemed not viable by the staff.

I get that you want to know 'why' you were denied but maybe at that time the staff was busy or unavailable or the reasons behind it can't be revealed for whatever reason.

Maybe a 'comments' section for service requests similar to the @history system where staffers can give you a bit of feedback regarding denials, might be pertinent to implement.

Bottom line is, you need to trust the staff and if you can't, at least respect them.

I can say from experience that staffers don't void people without good reason and 24 hours is nothing. Probably just a timeout to prevent bleeding and let things cool down.

My advice would be, don't get defensive or take things personal and maybe a break from the game will help.

I do hope you return, but I am not going to miss you if you left over something like this. XOXO.

I feel like it may have gotten overly heated and I am not sure I want to let all my character development AND plans die because of arguing with staff so I might come back. I do however not feel motivated to be as active as I have been, I have felt for a time that I either want to leave, take a break or cut down on my gametime tremendously, due to losing more interest and getting too consumed in the game, when I have other things to do as well.

Sorry for the false alarm, though it might as well be true, I haven't fully decided yet on how active I wish to be. Though since I was already midst some interesting plots, I want to proceed with them before I'm entirely sure.
