I've done some photoshop stuff, but it was photo restoration with a pic my great gramma had of her gramma. it was torn. i fixed it.. hmm. i'll have to think about it and see if i can throw something together.

Yes, there is.

It's called The GIMP photo editing suite.  Originally created for use on Linux systems as an ad hoc replacement for PS, it's been ported for Windows use.  Though it isn't up to par with Photoshop, it's good for low end work.  In fact, I created my two most recent 'shops with the GIMP.  Also, the most recent version of MS Paint is available online for download, for free.  And it's pretty nifty, last I checked.  Much MUCH better than the Paint we're all used to.

Just my two suggestions.
