I’m a recent newcomer here and playing the game as a visually impaired player. The game itself is incredible, with wonderful accessibility options.
That said, there’s one issue I’ve run into: since there’s no option to replay SIC chats, I’ve been looking into possible workarounds. In VipMud (a MUD client designed with screen readers in mind), there’s a function that adds buffers for important things, like channels on other MUDs.
Has any blind or visually impaired player here managed to figure out how to make it on SD to keep track of easily missed information? If not, do you have any tips or tricks to make it easier to follow along—whether you’ve been playing for a long time or are just starting out?
