V for Vendetta

Finally, a chummer that brings a knife to a gun fight.

(Edited by Nemisis at 2:20 am on Mar. 18, 2006)

I want to go see that really bad, has it even come out yet?
Apparently so.  I've heard good things about it.
Sweet, I will have to go see it the next chance I get.
Read Alan Moore's comic first.  It's been compiled into a trade paperback with a price tag of about 20USD. Apparently he's stripped his name from the movie credits because he's called the Wakowski adaptation 'rubbish.'

Nonetheless, I'll watch it.

Just another two chyen in the bucket,

Grim

He always hates the movies, ever since League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.  All the money he gets from the movies he gives to the illustrators of the comics, because he doesn't want to have anything to do with them.

He also seems to hate DC comics, who always seems to buy the publishing companies he goes to.  They've screwed him over a few times in the past.

Ah, correction, Moore called 'V' rubbish because the producers stated that he endorsed the movie, even though he never endorsed it.  He allowed them to adapt his comic for the big screen, but that doesn't mean he endorsed their view of his work, or someat.  Dunno.  I heard this from my local comic shop owner.

Another two chyen and a few pints of someone else's hemo,

Grim
