Westworld is a show based on an old film where in a scifi future there is an amusement park of robots that people go to to escape their lives and become immersed and able to do whatever they want, etc.
The world is basically what Sindome is, people and robots living an immersive fictional life tailored to the guests, in Westworld the theme is western like I'm sure there is hundreds of MOOs, the world of Sindome is more comparable to the "real world" seen in Westworld, which I think makes it interesting because it makes our reality a bit like reverse Westworld, where instead of pretending we're in the past we pretend to be in the future.
I would definitely recommend the show to anyone, so feel free to talk about it here, though I would suggest people tag spoilers if anyone sees this thread and wants to check it for themselves, but otherwise just discussions about the themes and similarities are welcome.
