Probably as a solo gun slinger for all three, then a techie.
I can already see a TON of hours spent on this game.

It seems like relationships and sex are going to play a part in the story and how it branches.
Mostly I am curious to see how the joy girl gang reacts to a "corporate" female.
As much as I want to be optimistic, I am ready to be disappointed. From what I saw of the combat system, they went with the JRPG style of enemy where the enemies end up with more and more hit points.
That is a huge deviation from The Witcher series where even the lowest level enemies were deadly and simply mashing the attack button was rarely enough to triumph, especially if you were dealing with multiple opponents (which was often the case).
Anyway, T-Minus 4 hours and 39 minutes until it unlocks.
Where is Bob? Oh, tsumani.
How about Alice? Plague.

Wow... that's one bad day.
I didn't preorder. I gave up on that a while ago. If people react favorably, I'll be all over it.
After downloading ~60GB last night, I just opened my client and now have another ~10GB to download.

I wish that I had waited to buy it given what I have seen of the pre-release content. But I pirated Witcher 3 and loved it, so I figured I owe CDPR $60 for a game one way or the other.
You absolutely made the right choice by waiting to buy the game.
I am having problems with basic, BASIC game functionality like crouch toggle does not work.
And subtitles get permanently stuck on the screen long after the character is done speaking.
And parking a car leaves it obviously suspended in the air (hint, it's NOT an aero)
And I've only been playing it for maybe 60 minutes so far.
Sorry to hear that. Hopefully they can patch it up quick.
Some of these mod videos have gone extremely viral, but for those of you who haven't been keeping up with the game, this is for you. This is not the future, this is the present.
My computer could barley run the game as it was when it first was released, to run these you are going to need some bleeding edge hardware chooms.
But very soon, you will be able to experience the game in U5 graphics with multiplayer inside a VR world. How will games look in the future? IDK, but if this is any indication then the possibilities are quite frightening. (This is just graphics, MP, etc. But AI integration is also in the works and right around the corner. )
