It will always be displayed in the form of: You are... when you look at it (Your name) is... if someone else looks at you.
We use @condition to describe injuries or conditions of a character in addition to the @look_place message that players have control over. GMs will set this from time to time (or can be requested to set it for you) to communicate a visible medical condition such as limping, missing a limb, etc.
This will add a message to the end of your 'ht' and your 'look'.
