APPRAISE

Appraise is a command that works inside designated market areas within the game.
The 'market' areas within the game are clearly marked via room nomenclature. 'Examine here' reveals room commands.

'appraise': allows the user to look more closely at a item they have browsed for, giving descriptions and other valuable information for the haggling to come.
