American Standard Code for Information Interchange (or ASCII) is a character encoding standard.
The following ASCII characters are supported for the display of in-game text:

Text decorations, sometimes called ASCII Art, may appear in the game. These decorations can be removed with '@access STRIP_ASCII is enabled'.
ASCII ART AND SCREEN READERS
ASCII art (drawing, figures, words done by ASCII, etc) is only approved for use in our SICAD system, because we have a required simplified ad version for our screen readers.
